Bane seems strictly worse compared to Bless. I have many reasons but the biggest offence is them both being Concentration Spells. When you Bless yourself and two allies though, you have +1d4 to your CON Saves to maintain the Concentration. Additionally, the buff to allies seems way better than the debuff to enemies.
