If you’re trying to view past insights: You may not be able to view past insights if you’ve recently converted to a business or creator account. Keep in mind that each time you switch back to a personal account, your past insights data will be erased.
Can you get insights on stories? If you want to view insights on a past story, tap the Insights action button on your profile and find the story under Content You Shared. Swipe up on your story image or video. Now, you’ll be able to see how many likes, comments, shares, and saves your story got.

- In the top left of Facebook, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Pages, then go to your Page.
- Tap Insights at the top of your Page.
- Scroll down to the Stories section.
- Tap any story to see more insights, or tap See 28-Day Summary. If it’s your first time, tap Turn On.
Why can’t I see reels insights?

How do I check insights of reels?
To check in on the performance of a specific Reel, open the Reel from your profile, then tap the three dot icon in the bottom right of the screen, then tap Insights.
Did Instagram get rid of insights?
