Can you smoke at Lake Welch? Smoking is only Allowed on the grass, however, rangers allowed the cigar smokers on the beach & told them they don’t understand why people would complain. The Cigar smoke smell is a horrible scent. Extremely rude too. Also the park police are extremely hostile.
