- From any page where the dog is displayed, click on his image to go the dog’s profile.
- Under the dog’s picture, click the red icon next to the group you want the dog to be removed from.
- Select “Yes” on the confirmation popup.

Is FitBark waterproof?
Yes, but only if you keep the rubber cap at the back of the unit firmly closed. FitBark’s waterproof specification is IPX7 (can be submerged up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes).
How do I check my FitBark battery? It’s the bone-shaped indicator next to each dog in the home pack in the FitBark mobile app. A battery below 25% is represented by a bone partially filled in red.

How long does it take FitBark to charge?
When you power it, your FitBark will go in pairing mode (LED flashing rapidly) for about 30 seconds, then the LED will blink every 10 seconds to indicate that the battery is charging. If your battery was depleted, the LED will turn solid after about 90 minutes to indicate that the battery is now completely charged.

How do you charge FitBark?
Most soft collars allow you to charge the FitBark without removing it from the collar itself. Just bend the collar gently, remove the cap at the back of the unit, insert the micro USB connector provided into the unit, and plug the other end into a USB power outlet.
Does FitBark track barking? Not really. FitBark devices are activity and sleep monitors. On a side note, plenty of exercise helps eliminate hyperactive, destructive, unruly and attention seeking behaviors that may or may not include excessive barking.
