How do I get to Broken Isles alliance? You can travel to the Broken Isles using the portal room in your capital city. You will need to take the portal to Azsuna from the Portal Room in either Stormwind or Orgrimmar. In Azsuna, you will have a flight point to Dalaran.

The Emerald Nightmare is revealed to be still active, with its source being located at the tainted World Tree, Shaladrassil in Val’sharah at the Broken Isles.
Who made the Emerald Dream?
Creation. Freya, a creation of the benevolent titans, created the Emerald Dream to serve as the underlying blueprint for the planet Azeroth. After the titans had shaped Azeroth, they sent Ysera into an eternal trance and charged her with watching over all of Azeroth from the Dream.

When speaking to him, he will offer it to the Courier if they have a « Liked » or higher reputation with the Legion. He does not carry the key in his inventory, and therefore cannot be killed or pickpocketed for it.

Rogue: Enter the Glorious Goods store in Dalaran. There is a hidden corridor on the left that will allow you to enter the class order hall after speaking to the shopkeeper and showing your insignia. Shaman: Head to Krasus’ Landing and you will find a portal to the right of the platform for your class order hall.
Where is the monk order Hall? Temple of the Five Dawns is the Order Hall for Monks. It is part of the Pandaren starting zone, the Wandering Isle.
